Explore the beautiful south coast in kingdom of Cambodia; its national parks filled with green exotic wildlife; and its mangrove forests and world white sandy beaches. Witness the everyday life of countryside and villagers. Climb through jungle covered  the nature, colourful of the birds. Exciting to explore a remote area in the Cardamom Mountains and stay in floating, tented bungalows at the campsite with private terraces and panoramic views of the river. Head to Ream National Park; home of many types of monkeys and also the rare pangolin.

Day 1: Phnom Penh

Upon arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport, you will be welcomed by your local English speaking guide who will accompany you to your hotel for check in.

DAY 2: Phnom Penh

In the morning, you will be greeted by a driver who will take you on a tour to the most remarkable sights of Phnom Penh in a Cyclo, an original Phnom Penh means of transportation and a very fun way to explore this lively city.

First, head to the National Museum, which was built in traditional Khmer style. It houses the world's foremost collection of ancient Khmer artistic, archaeological, and religious artifacts from the 4th to the 13th centuries. Over 5,000 pieces are on display, constituting the repository of the Kingdom's cultural wealth. In addition, the roof space is home to a large bat colony!Continue to the Royal Palace.

This palace dates back to 1866 and was the last palace built during the French colonial period. The same complex houses the Silver Pagoda, named for the over 5000 heavy silver tiles that cover its floors. Its original name is WatPrakeo, meaning Temple of the Emerald Buddha. In this temple you will view a collection of Buddhas in gold, silver, crystal, and bronze. As the sun begins to set, visit the hilltop pagoda of Wat Phnom.

This afternoon, explore the recent dark history of Cambodia on a visit to the TuolSleng Museum of Genocide. The museum is housed in the former school that was taken over by the Khmer Rouge and used as its main detention and torture centre. You will also visit the Killing Fields of ChoeungEk, 15 kilometres outside of the city.

Day 3: Phnom Penh – Chi Phat

Early morning transfer by mini van to the sleepy roadside town of Chi Phat, Koh Kong. Here we begin the next chapter in our adventure, where a boat man will be waiting to take you 30 km up river through the meandering mangroves to the remote village of Chi Phat(duration 1h).

Chi Phat has got one of the last remaining tracts of natural rain forest that remains to date in Indochina. The area is prized for its bio-diversity and abundance of wildlife. This unique place is not often visited by tourists but the income provided by tourism directly funds the community development project in the area.

After checking into your local home stay and being introduced to your host family, sit back and enjoy a local lunch in the Community Based-Ecotourism (CBET) Office. The remainder of the day, we set off on our 2km trek to explore the nearby of water falls of Chi Phat. Get on a motor taxi to the Reforestation Project Nursery to learn more about the conservation of Cardamoms, continue to Bold Mountain by Moto taxi to see the sunset.

Back to CBET to get a refresh for dinner .

Day 4: Chi Phat– Veal Ta Prak Pond- O’Kay- O’

Breakfast at the community before we start trekking Antong Prang campsite and visit pineapple rook on the way. Lunch at the campsite, we then continue our trek to Veal Ta Prak Pond and O’kay mountain community and O’malu waterfalls.

Day 5: O’Kay (Loom River) Village – Chi Phat

Breakfast at campsite made by the forest cook and start trekking back to Chi Phat, you will have time to swim at Chhay Kapos waterfall on the way. Lunch at CBET office, the rest of the day is free to explore the Chi Phat Community.

Day 6: Chi Phat–Kirirom National Park

After a breakfast, we transfer to Kirrom National Park, a smaller section is in neighboring Koh Kong province. The part extends over eastern part of Cardamoms Mountains.

Day 7: Kirirom National Park Trekking

Today, after the breakfast, we will drive to Phnom Dat Chivit located in Kirirom National Park where walking guide and ranger will brief you on the tour.

Hooking up with a ranger for a two-hour hike up to Phnom Dat Chivit where an abrupt cliff-face offers an unbroken view of the Elephant Mountains and Cardamom Mountains to the west. The walking is interesting to discover through the pine forest followed by the sound of the birds and we stop to search for them. To the top of the hill, it has the best view to see all the other part of the mountain range. 14km Trek

Day 8: Kirirom National Park – Phnom Penh

Enjoy the day at leisure until the transfer to the airport for your individual departure flight.
